The bench-top Singulator System and its single-use cartridges enable reproducible, rapid and hands-off tissue dissociations into single-cell or nuclei suspensions. Researchers can now easily obtain suspensions of nuclei or high-viability cells for a wide range of single-cell analyses.

Singulator 200 doubles throughput by having two chambers where separate cartridges can be processed simultaneously. The chambers are independently controlled using the instrument’s touch-screen interface.

Preserve Precious Tissue Samples
The NIC+ small sample cartridge is ideal for ultrasmall, precious samples of 2-20 mg. Its performance has been demonstrated for as small as 2 mg of tissue for nuclei isolations. It is compatible with all Singulator nuclei protocols. Cartridges are available as bundles with NIR/NSR reagents or as a cartridge pack for use with reagents of your choice.
